Sourcing: qualifying the candidate matching the given requirement(s).
Screening & Short-listing: interviewing the qualifying candidates on the given skillsets and short-listing the candidates accordingly for client interview(s).
Client interview(s): scheduling client interview(s) for the short-listed candidates and able to communicate with candidates at all levels and interact with client(s) and co-ordinate the interview schedules.
Reporting: follow-ups with client(s)/candidates(s) and ensure the selection process goes efficiently. |
